AMRODS CONSTRUCTION CC has been in existence since October 2006 and did our first job in December 2006 in Mitchell's Plain, hanging doors to the value of R21750.00. Within about one year. we went from 1 GB to 2 GB. To date, we were awarded two R500 000.00 annual tenders from City of CApe Town which will push our grade up to 3 GB and a plumbing job also from City of Cape Town to the value of R199 999.00, which will upgrade us to 2CE. We make use of 10% local labour, woman included, with every project we have done in that way, we empower the community as well. We have 5 permanent staff members. We've done extensive work for COCT, as well as in the private sector and have an annual turnover of R1.5m. I do not own any plants yet, except for two vehicles and a three meter trailer, valued at R250 000.00 and we are fully equiped with tools, valued at R150 000.00, needed to do any job. She is not personally qualified in any of these skills, but has the leadership, efficiency, co-ordinating skills and competent staff to successfully complete such jobs. |
